Data collected
Contact form: name, email address, phone number if you provide one, the nature of your project and the content of your message.
Property alerts: email address, language and search criteria.
Analytics: aggregated browsing data, without individual identification.
Purposes
Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry, send you the alerts you subscribed to, and improve the site. It is never sold or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.
Recipients
Your data is accessible to the Forsman & Hey team and to our technical processors: OVH SAS, the site host, the email delivery provider and the property management software. Each is bound by a data processing agreement.
Retention
Contact enquiries: three years from the last exchange. Property alerts: until you unsubscribe, then deleted within thirty days.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability.
To exercise these rights, write to the address shown on the contact page. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party profiling trackers.
Property alerts
If you create an alert, we keep your email address, the site language, the search criteria you chose, and a fingerprint of your IP address, used to limit abuse and to evidence your consent. This data is used solely to tell you about matching properties.
An alert is only active once confirmed from the email you receive: without that click, nothing is sent to you. Every message carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and you may request deletion of your registration at any time.
Saved properties
When you save a property, its reference is stored in your browser's local storage. That list is not sent to us and does not leave your device: we only see it if you choose to send it to us from the dedicated page.
You can clear it at any time from that page, or by clearing your browser's site data. No personal data is attached to it.
