Membership
The Fédération Nationale de l'Immobilier is the leading professional body for estate agents in France and Europe. Members commit to ongoing professional training and to the federation's code of ethics and conduct. For our clients, that means a valid professional licence, civil liability insurance, a financial guarantee covering funds held, and a route to recourse in the event of a dispute.
Membership
The MLS (Multiple Listing Service) is an inter-agency association that allows exclusive mandates to be shared between professionals through a private platform covering close to 500 agencies across the French Riviera. For our sellers, it means maximum exposure to buyers across the whole département. For our buyers, access to a far wider portfolio than any single agency holds.
Financial guarantee
Galian is the leading insurer for property professionals in France. It issues the financial guarantee and professional indemnity insurance without which an estate agency licence cannot be held. In practice, any funds passing through the agency are covered, and our professional liability is insured at every stage of your transaction.
