Sales — Villas and apartments
6% including tax of the sale price, with a minimum fee of €8,000 (eight thousand euros).
Sales — Land and commercial property
10% including tax of the sale price, with a minimum fee of €10,000 (ten thousand euros).
Valuation
The valuation is complimentary when the property is being offered for sale immediately.
Otherwise: apartment with a full valuation report, €200 including tax; house with a full valuation report, €300 including tax.
If the property is sold at a later date, the valuation fee will be deducted from our sales fee.
